Yes! Couples are welcome and can choose accommodations that fit their lifestyle, including one- or two-bedroom apartments.
5. Are pets allowed?
Our community is cat-friendly, though there are restrictions based on the number of cats - only 2 are allowed.
6. Is there an age requirement?
Covington Woods requires all residents to be 55 or older.
7. What types of events and activities are offered?
From group fitness and arts & crafts activities to book clubs, and day trips organized by residents - there is always something happening at Covington Woods to help residents stay engaged and social.
8. Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Our lease terms are 12 months.
